            As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty, develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to increase share of wallet, and implement plans to win back churned customers. You will monitor customer accounts, collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience, educate clients on the benefits of farm-direct flowers, and achieve targets for customer retention, revenue growth, and reactivation of churned accounts.

            iBuyFlowers was founded by our CEO Wilfred, who grew up on a flower farm and spent his adulthood working on farms in Ecuador.             Responsibilities

            1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure they continue to choose us as their main provider for years to come, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
            2. Develop strategies to increase the share of wallet from existing customers by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
            3. Conduct regular check-ins and needs assessments to understand customers' evolving requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
            4. Develop and implement plans to win back churned customers, identifying the reasons for churn and presenting compelling value propositions to re-engage them.
            5. Monitor customer accounts and track key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
            6. Educate customers on the advantages of purchasing farm direct flowers, highlighting the quality, freshness, and cost savings.
            7. Achieve targets for customer retention, revenue growth, and reactivation of churned accounts.
            8. Engage with customer service to quickly resolve issues and gather feedback that can be used to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
            9. Collaborate closely with the marketing team, CRM team, customer service department, farm team, and new business account executives to develop and implement data-driven strategies that increase customers' share of wallet and reduce churn, leveraging insights to enhance customer experience and drive additional sales.
            10. Utilize coordinated efforts across all teams to ensure product quality, address customer needs, and provide personalized communication and solutions, thereby reinforcing trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
            11. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to anticipate customer needs and maintain a competitive edge.
            12. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.

            Qualifications

            1. Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the floral industry or a related field.
            2. Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business.
            3. Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and developing strategies to increase share of wallet from existing customers.
            4. Customer Retention: Experience in identifying and implementing plans to win back churned customers, including understanding reasons for churn and presenting compelling value propositions.
            5. Communication: Excellent communication skills to provide personalized solutions and ensure coordinated efforts across all teams.
            6. Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor customer accounts, track key performance metrics, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
            7. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the product and industry, including quality, freshness, and cost savings, and the ability to educate customers on these benefits.
            8. Target Achievement: Proven track record of achieving targets for customer retention, revenue growth, and reactivation of churned accounts.
