            In Portland, Oregon, Pacific Garland is led by Jung Houck, one of our dedicated sales team members. Jung brings over 20 years of experience to the floral industry, having worked as both a grower and a floral designer. Before founding Pacific Garland, Jung was the co-founder of Accent Gardens, a 35-acre farm in Boulder, Colorado. There, she worked with the Sisters of the Abbey of St. Walburga convent, farming their land in exchange for providing flowers for the chapel. Over the years, she has honed her craft in creating beautiful floral designs, including wreaths made from juniper berry and oak, as well as stunning wedding and event flowers. When she relocated to Portland with her family, Jung's passion for creating beauty with what the earth provides naturally was reignited. Today, through Pacific Garland, she creates custom garland that enhances any special occasion, with an emphasis on using locally sourced materials from the forests of the Pacific Coast.
